30 Yard Roll-Off
The Size for Room-After-Room Debris
When one room turns into three, the 20 yard starts to feel small. The 30 yard is the container we send on major renovations, new construction, large demolition, and whole-house cleanouts.
Dimensions
22’ × 8’ × 6’
22 feet long, 8 feet wide, 6 feet tall. The exact same length and width as the 20 yard — it is simply taller.
Capacity
≈ 9–12 loads
Approximately 9–12 pickup truck loads of household junk, renovation debris, or construction material.
Delivery
Same–day
Same-day and next-day delivery Mon–Fri 7am–6pm and Sat 7am–2pm, throughout Greater Houston.

- Major home renovations
- New construction debris
- Large demolition projects
- Whole-house cleanouts
- Multi-room remodels and additions
- Multi-layer tear-offs and larger roofing jobs
- Commercial and property cleanouts
- Garage, attic, and estate clearing at volume
30 Yard vs. 20 Yard
The 30 yard and the 20 yard share a footprint: both are 22’ long and 8’ wide. The difference is height — 6’ on the 30 yard against 4.5’ on the 20 yard. Taller walls mean more cubic volume, so the same patch of driveway holds noticeably more debris.
In practice that means roughly 9–12 pickup truck loads instead of roughly 6–8. On a project that spans several rooms, the 30 yard often keeps you from paying for a second delivery once the first container is full.
- Same 22’ × 8’ footprint as the 20 yard and 40 yard
- 6’ tall versus 4.5’ for the 20 yard
- Roughly 9–12 pickup truck loads versus roughly 6–8
